We are embarking on a significant digital transformation journey by implementing an integrated project/program/portfolio management (P3M) solution to enhance and replace the existing framework, processes and applications. The new P3M framework will categorise projects into four distinct tiers. Each tier will have its own unique workflows, with some shared artefacts, although the level of detail for these artefacts will vary.
We currently have a 6-month fixed term opportunity based at our Head Office in Bairnsdale for a suitably experienced candidate to take on the role of Business Analyst in the PMO.
In this role you will be an integral part of the Digital Transformation Team, dedicated to supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). Your role will involve ensuring the successful implementation and integration of the new PLM solution within the Technology One platform.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Five years experience as a Business Analyst and a minimum of two years working within a Project Management environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Experience in data, reporting and analytics as well as familiarity with Public sector environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Familiarity with the PMBOK knowledge areas and/or Prince2 principles.
- Prepare a ‘Software Requirements Specification’ document with a gap analysis report against the new solution.
