About the role

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide efficient and effective administration and executive support to the Managing Director.

This role provides high level executive support and coordination within a complex and confidential environment and contributes to reports and initiatives as required.

The EA is the pivotal point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders seeking to meet or discuss issues with the Managing Director or the appropriate reporting General Manager. The incumbent will have a high level of professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organisational awareness, strong organising and planning skills and attention to detail.

The EA to the Managing Director may potentially lead a team of EA’s who provide executive support to General Managers.

About you

This role would suit a candidate with qualifications and or significant experience in Business Administration or Governance.

You will have a high level of professionalism, well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and maintain strict confidentiality.
